Hello, is anyone else having issues with not receiving notifications? I have contacted Wyze support on three separate occasions and nothing is being done to rectify the problem. I continue to get apologies; however, this doesn’t resolve the problem.
I have VERY few notifications, but they seem to be working fine.
I know Wyze is looking into individuals who have Cam Plus and not receiving Notifications.
I will see if I can direct them here for you.
As with @K6CCC , I am receiving notifications from all of my cameras.
BTW: I believe they may ask for your Device Log, App version using to include the device, and your settings for an affected camera.
