Hi, I’m having troubles having the app send me notifications when motion is detected. I have two of the Cam v4s outside. They are brand new, I had to sign up for the Cam Plus for each camera to add it to the app. I’ve had Wyze indoor cameras that I only used intermittently and did not pay for any plan for. A long time ago I had notifications for free with this indoor setup. With the new cams, I have not been able to get notifications at all. Everything is up-to-date - firmware, the app, my phone, notification settings are on in all places that I can find including settings on my phone as well as within the app. I have tried to contact Wyze customer service, when I did on the chat, I had to go and couldn’t work on it because it was taking too long and he said he would email me steps and I never received an email. Then one of my cams stopped working, so the next customer service interaction was them helping me process a replacement. Today I tried again and was on hold for an hour and still no one would answer. I’m just beyond frustrated that I’m paying for a service that I’m not even getting. The cameras work and they record events, but I don’t get notification on my phone, which is what I really want to happen. With today’s technology, notifications should be a no brainer.
