Notification issues on watch (resolved)

Hi all, I received my Wyze 47 watch today. Everything went smoothly except I was having issues receiving notifications from text messages. I tried everything from rebooting to completely doing a factory reset and reconnecting. Needless to say I spent way too much time on it.
If you are having similar issues not receiving notifications from any app you have that particular app switched on in the Wyze app, try the following. Go to your iPhone settings - notifications - “choose your app” - scroll to options - and ensure Show Previews is set to “Always”.
