At least they aren’t stealing the mail. 
Possibly a neighbor that got mail delivered to the wrong address.

The mail carrier the delivers to my community mailbox will occasionally put mail in the wrong slot. I will walk the mail over to the correct house since our mail slots are locking. Gives me a chance to mingle with my neighbors.
Two at the same time? 
More likely they are distributing home made flyers and promoting their business venture or something similar.
You have a point. I would be interested in knowing if @Antonius got some kind of flyer in the mailbox.
After re-watching the video I believe you are correct. I noticed both people do not look for an address on the side of each mailbox before inserting the paper.
Yeah it was some junk stuff, also my mailbox had 5 different letters for two different addresses that are about one mile away from my house.?

There was a time the UPS guy dropped a wrong package to my door. It was a couple of houses down so I decided to hand carry it, rather than have it returned and redelivered.
The woman who answered the door looked annoyed that I, a door-to-door salesman, was wasting her time. Upon informing her that the package had been misdelivered, her demeanor abruptly improved.
They don’t put things in the mailbox here. They either leave them on the ground or hang on the door knob. I suspect there’s a USPS rule that private parties can’t use the mailbox. The mailbox is considered USPS property.
Yep. Been that way for many decades. Often ignored however.
