Not Recording Video to Micro SD Card

Please help me understand why I have a Wyze Cam V4 that will not record video at all. I have 4 wyze cams in total and I only have this problem on the V4. I can look at still images…that’s not what I need, and I never would have bought this thing had I known I could only capture still photos. Any help would be so appreciated. :folded_hands: Thanks

If you have still photos you don’t have cam plus on that V4, you won’t get any cloud event videos without a paid service. Did you put an SD card in the camera and set it to record to the SD for just events or continuous.

Thanks for replying…. I have a micro SD card in the cam. It’s set to record continuous and just overwrite when it’s full. This has been an issue since I got the cam4 (I got it when it was first released, so I can’t return it). Last night I tried “all the things": unplugging it from the wall, restarting the camera, reloading the sd card, formatting the card..

Still no video captured on the sd card. Just photo.

How are you trying to view the SD card recording? Did you tap on the SD icon from live view?
