Hi, I have the V4 model that I just bought this camera and I have a problem to view the video recorded on the SD. Slo says “No video available at this time”.

Is the camera recording to the SD? Are you recording events or continuous.
Continuous will look like this: Solid green line on the right.
It does record to SD, but only images, not video. I don’t have the paid version, but I understand that it is not necessary to record video on SD.
If you open the camera to the live view and tap SD card does the card play recordings?
Make sure you are on the correct day:
It won’t play. I’m going to try formatting the card from the device and see if that solves it.
The problem was the SD formatting. I have now formatted the card and it is recording and playing videos. Thank you very much for your help.

Could you screen capture your microSD card again on the “Manage SD card” or “Gestionar tarjetas SD” page ? The size of your microSD looks abit off, but it could be due to it being corrupted.
128GB microSD card should be ~119GB (binary)
