Why doesn’t my wireless doorbell cam not record events to the sf card but yet it comes up on the screen as an event and I have to pay for the basic service to get it?
Recording to SD card is free. When you say it is not recording, where are you looking? When you bring up the event, it is a bit confusing, Pressing the play button below the image is to play the “cloud” video and for subscribers only (you’ll be asked to subscribe). But below that is an “SD Card” icon which will play the video off the card.
