I have a couple cameras wireless that I had hooked up to another account. My first email account and I have lost contact that account no longer have it, but I am unable to log these cameras I have in on my new account. Is there anyway II am able to clear them so I am able to hook them up to my new account?
I believe Wyze Outdoor cameras must be removed from the original account before being moved to a different Wyze account.
Nope, and do NOT factory reset them before removing them from the old account, they will be permanently bricked. This is an anti-theft measure.
If you can’t get access to that old email, support likely won’t help you, so those cams are basically paperweights. But the new Battery Cam Pro is a major upgrade over the old outdoor cams so might be an opportunity to upgrade. Or if you can hard wire power to the cams, the v4 is a great cam and very cheap. None of current cams require a base station which is a nice benefit too.
