I have no video on my cameras i thought it was like 12 seconds free
It was 2 or 3 years ago, long gone.The free 12 seconds changed to Cam Plus Lite with a pay what you want including zero $$$$. That is no longer available unless you previously had it on your account.

How did you get a free camera? Mine wasn’t free. 
I assume you are just being funny since you put that emoji. If not, you really read something that was not there. Once you have the camera, live video is and always has been free.
Apparently it was a weak attempt on my part. 
Just trying to say, there is no free lunch.

Set up the camera normally (nothing special). On the Home tab (where all your cameras are listed), select the camera you want to watch. That’s live video.
Note, you did not say what type of camera, and tagged the thread with most of the camera types. If it is a battery powered camera, it might be a little different (those are crippled in order to preserve battery life). I don’t have any of the battery cameras, but I do have most of the others.

As I told you it is gone.
Add a uSD card and have all the recording you want for free. Note the battery powered cameras ARE different in this regard.
