Why is there ZERO sound when viewing events (that have sound) on the website but fine on app?
I went to Wyze Web Live, to see my cameras via the Wyze Portal. I went to the Events tab and found that there is indeed sound but I don’t have a Cam Pan V2 anymore. Wonder if it is camera specific.
Can you verify that the Speaker on the bottom right of the event is on and not muted. Make sure you move your mouse on the playing event and you will see the speaker icon.
Can you also check other cameras to see if they also have issues? Asking as it could be permissions in the browser.
