I have 4 v3 cams and was able to see recent events on all until I signed up for the subscription. Now one of the cameras will not show recent events. I have unplugged and plugged back in and it works for about a week and then stops again. The other cameras are working as they should. Appreciate any advice on how to fix this.
Which subscription did you purchase? If you got Cam Unlimited the camera are normally added automatically. You should go to my.wyze.com, log into your account then go to my services. Check and see what is there and how many cameras are assigned to the subscription. Tap the arrow on the right to check which cams are assigned.

On your cam that works sometimes try to reset services. Go to setting on the app., on the bottom tap reset. This is supposed to reconnect your cam to the cloud services.
The above also can indicate connectivity/upload issues. Rebooting your modem/router might help correct the issue.
Thank you all for your responses. It appears to have been a firmware update that I needed. Everything is working as it should for now.
