No history, events or recordings showing for Wyze cam 2, and 3

I am running the latest firmware updates for all my devices and on my Android. Been updated since last week. Since Wednesday of this week, I get “notifications” that events have happened with my pan cams, cam 2 and cam 3. However, when I click to see videos, nothing shows up. There are literally 0 videos from 4 different cameras since Wednesday. Regardless of which day I select, I get the message “Nothing to see here” even though i have dozens and dozens of notifications that events have happened.

In reviewing from the software updates from last week through Tuesday of this week, nearly all my videos have disappeared and generally only shows 1 event in the am and 1 in the pm with the video times differing day by day.

Hi, I had the same situation and get it every couple of months. What I have done is go to the camera itself and unplug directly from the camera then wait 10 seconds and plug back into the camera. This is what I do and it works for me. I wish I did not have to do this, but it is an easy fix.
