Updated firmware about a week ago on my Wyze Cam v2 non-pan. Had for years. Part of the Cam Plus Lite (PD Legacy) crowd.
Since the update, no new events are created, even though all motion triggers are being recorded when viewing playback. Asked support, told to send log. Anyone else?
The last firmware update bricked all of my contact sensors and I just realized that all my recorded events that I get notified of are not available for playback. They’re just a picture that I can’t click on. I think it’s probably the app’s fault, but I’m not sure, and I’m past the point of caring.
Wyze is complete garbage at this point, will never purchase any of their products again.
UPDATE: Latest firmware update restored all my events! 4.9.9.1574. I’m never updating again
