Cam Pro not working + someone broke into my home + stole the camera

Hi!

I need help to contact someone ASAP.
Somebody broke into my home on Saturday and Sunday since i wasn’t there for the weekend, broke the windows and stole a few things including my wyze 3, i have been paying the CAM PLUS since february but its not working, i cant plyback any of the videos that show there is a person there on both days.

What can I do?

I already email support but i havent got any answers back.

The fact that the events are still showing in your account means the person hasn’t thought to associate your camera with another account and erase them (but that could happen any time).

What are you trying to view the videos from, and what does it say? If it asks you to subscribe, sounds like your camera is not associated with your Cam+ subscription. Go in and add it, but not sure if that will give you access to the historical videos or not.

If you need to contact Wyze support go via their website and use the support contact.

On the events videos list I can see the person breaking into my house, but when I click any video It says that I have to subscribe to cam plus, I say ok, click the button to pay the cam plus and it says that I am already subscribed since February 2024, so i click ok and it brings me again to the events videos list where I can see the picture stoped of the person breaking into the house but when I click the play back button it says that I have to pay the cam plus to watch the video, and its being doing like a loop that since a couple of months ago.

I need to watch the videos to recognize the person who broke into my house more clearly.

Go into your subscription and make sure that cam is linked to it. I believe you have to do it on their website, but can try via the account tab in the app, I don’t have a subscription so can’t tell you for sure.

Also to rule out an app issue, have you tried viewing it via the Web Portal to see if the videos play there?

If/when you get a video, save it to your phone or computer as soon as possible, before the person realizes they can wipe your account by linking the camera to a new account. Heck do that with the still frames now so you at least have something.

I would contact support about this too.

Another Wyze fiasco with CamPlus/Unlimited. Am I glad I decided to cancel the useless subscription.
