Been with cam plus since they started it, and now I can’t get it. It redirects me to a site that save Get Cam plus. I have only one cam that has it. I mean, when you goto events and hit the person button on top of taskbar. It takes me to that link. WHAT IS GOING ON!!!. Btw all my other cams has cam plus lite… hate it now because I got two other cams and if I hook them up then it won’t give me cam plus lite must do cam plus or no video just still pictures
Login to Wyze Portal, proceed to “Account->My Services”. Check to see if that camera is listed there.

FIXED I didn’t know that there was a reset button for your service for each camera… that solved the problem… WYZE don’t tell anyone…Has anyone figured out why we can’t make each camera do notication with differ sounds?
