Since 3pm Cam Plus Lite not receiving person notifications or recordings on multiple cameras. What’s going on?
I just reported this to Wyze now that we have a second person confirming the same issue to confirm it is not an isolated incident.

All I can assure you at this point is that Wyze has confirmed receipt of my notice about this issue. I do not know what happened or any ETA, only that your report is definitely known by the people who need to know.
If/when you notice it working again, please feel free to post a follow up that it’s back to normal for you.
Glad it wasn’t just me. Last person detection was 11:47am today. I submitted a log, ID 1747325.
Hoping this gets fixed immediately.
I am getting them but hours later. Seems around 8-12 hours

If anyone experiences the SUPER LATE notification, please confirm this too.
Though I wonder if it’s because they’re telling the system to try to catch up now without overloading itself? We’ll have to see.
Luckily today is still a weekday so most of the engineers should still be on their normal shifts today.
I just got someone else reporting the delayed notifications from multiple hours in the past, so it’s definitely part of the same issue.
Update: 2.7.25 2pm pst. The notifcations seem to be working normally again.
Same. All day Thursday February 6 2025 pst, I’ve been getting hours delayed notifications, randomly, not in order. (Still going on at 230am 2.7.2025).
Affecting motion alerts.
Smart and sound alerts seem normal.
Ad I type this I’m now getting ones from 5-6 hours ago. So time is reducing. They came in a flurry so o thought for a second it might be fixed and an influx was hitting but it’s now stopped at 4.5 hrs ago
This is definitely a thing. We were awakened at 3 AM with person notifications from me coming home and taking dogs out in 6-7 pm range.
I have 2 v3 and 1 v4 cams. A month ago i reported that both v3 cams were not recording events. Log ID 1735111, 1740416, 1742949.
Current one v3 and the v4 are working and recording events. The other v3 is still not recoding events. (I have tried to reset services) but it fails. Both v3 are on camlite plus. Phone calls to your overseas call center is useless. I was even informed by them they can’t even see the log info. Wow wyze…what happened? Really [Mod Edit] service. I would still like to get the second v3 camera working. Because you were able to get the other one working, i believe its a software issue…or a way of phasing out older cams.

As of this morning my cameras are again detecting people.
Allow me to chime in on the positive side. Since this thread was started, I have been receiving timely Person notifications and cloud recordings as I always have with Cam Plus Lite. I am in Oregon if that helps to track down the issue others are having.
Not really…I live in Oregon as well and experienced the issue.
It’s my understanding that it should all be resolved now and that the late notifications were from the system catching up after they fixed the issue thanks to the early reporters that detections stopped. If anyone is still getting delayed notifications since after yesterday, please post the details.
I wonder if this issue can be related to App version? I have Cam Plus Lite but still on App 2.50.
All of my v3 cameras are on firmware 4.36.13.0416.
AI processing occurs on Wyze servers, so app and firmware don’t really get involved.
