Im verry disappointed 
i just got the flood light pro only to realize that it does not record motion events and only gives a thumbnail picture and Forced to purchase a plan if i want a video . All my other wyze cams will record a 10 clip without “cam plus” why is the floodlight pro different?
All cameras released since approx Jan 2023 do not include Cam Plus Light support. Get an SD card and you can record to your heart’s content.
I have an sd card its formated and it does record onto the card but will not record motion clips
Look through your settings, all my cams record to the SD card, and I can choose events only or 24x7 recording (I have a mix of both depending on the cam location). Then I can tap the still image from the event notification and hit “jump to SD” to view the video.
