I’m having issues with the headphones on Windows 10. It took me a long time before I could even get Windows to see the headphones and pair. I can hear fine such as YouTube etc, but I can’t get the microphone to work.
On my Bluetooth panel for Output, it shows the Wyze Headset. On input, it shows Wyze Headset hands-free AG.
I’ve used Windows audio troubleshooter and I can’t hear anything when I speak. I’ve made sure no other microphones are attached.
I’ve updated all my Windows drivers etc and unpaired the device and re-paired. I also got the new firmware.
Suggestions? I did turn in a ticket 9 days ago but haven’t heard anything.
Welcome to the Wyze community @prodport
Try unpairing the headphones and paring them back to the computer.
I’d also try calling support and mentioning your previous ticket.

Thanks Brlepage.
I finally got an email reply on Christmas and an offer to send a new set. Those arrived yesterday and I just installed them. I uninstalled the previous set. I also downloaded the latest firmware. (2.1.112)
However, the problem still exists. I can hear fine with the headphones but no audio is picked up. Every microphone test I do fails.
Per your suggestion, I did try calling support. I got a greeting saying no calls could be taken at this time. Still not sure the issue. I have a series of wired and wireless and all can grab my speech. I’ll keep the set for listening purposes.
I had the same problem. What I’ve noticed is if I have them paired to my phone and computer at the same time I don’t get the microphone on my pc. Now I turn Bluetooth off on my phone and power cycle the headsets and I seem to get a mic on the pc every time.
Thanks, I appreciate the suggestion as it helped a lot. I probably still need to tweak to get the audio the way I want, but at least I now have a voice.
