Yup, I use mine at a short term rental house I have and the flood light just does not work. Feel bad for guests that arrive at night. I guess I’ll have to replace it with something else.
a few days ago i went ahead and tried to fix the floodlight settings again and so far everything on my floodlight v1 is working properly, I now have access to the floodlight settings and can control it as pleased. I did a factory reset with setup button and power cycled. One main helpful thing was I removed the wire from the back of the v3 cam and left it with the power on for an hour or 2. Once reconnected it started working properly. Its been about 2-3 days since then. I will come back to this thread only if it stops working again. I hope this info helps
