Does anyone else have an issue with your outdoor cam not getting video on the app unless you are on wifi?
I don’t own a WCO but this was happening on WiFi and good on cell Data for me.
In time it fixed itself …my concussion that it was a Wyze server issue …
If not …I’d clear cache and reboot cell.
Try turning off VPN if used … ?
Open a ticket with Wyze.
I have the exact same problem. I can get all my other cameras just fine on wifi or local network, but WCO’s only work on local network. Did you resolve this?
Reset everything and increased wifi speed.
i have reset everything multiple times and i have very fast wifi / internet
