Hi Alex,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I hope you’re doing well. This is Rodel from Wyze Services Team. I’ll be taking over your concern.
I understand that you need assistance canceling your Cam Plus subscription. I’d be happy to check this for you.
Upon checking here, it looks like the subscription has been canceled. Kindly note that subscriptions for Wyze Services are non-refundable. When a subscription is cancelled, the service will remain active until the end of the billing cycle and will not auto-renew.
Thank you for being part of Wyze! Please don’t hesitate to ask questions, I’ll be more than glad to answer them. Have a great day and take care!
Regards,
Rodel | Wyze Wizard
Wyze continue to move towards worse and worse business practices and worse and worse customer service. I have been a supporter and user of the products since the V1 camera but am already looking to change to a hard drive based system when my current cancled unrefunded wyze plus subscription end.
I was going to sign up for the unlimited plus but this is terrible customer service and thing will only continue to get worse, more expensive and more difficult to work with. DO THE RIGHT THING WYZE. Don’t scam your customers by offering discount unlimited deals after changing your refund policy.
And its also just a complete lie you can’t offer refund. Wyze just doesn’t want to and wants to keep the money.

Refunds went away a long time ago.
I searched and see yes that as of August 2022 they “could give refunds anymore” due to a new billing program. that’s a blatant lie…
You can still use your current plan until it expires even after you go to your account and say to remove/delete it. Since you already paid for it put one or two cams on the unlimited and leave the others on your current plan until it expires. I recently got the unlimited plan and my previous plan does not expire until Feb. 24. I put all my cams on the unlimited and didn’t care about the remaining 15 dollars worth of Cam Plus service I still had left on the previous account.
It is my understanding also that the new Subscription Management Platform Wyze moved to over a year ago is incapable of refunds. Whether that limitation is placed on the software by the contract partner they are using for the platform or by Wyze, it’s really a moot point since Wyze updated their Cam Plus Subscription Terms and Conditions when the platform was transitioned.
As @Antonius has already indicated, any cancelled subscriptions can still be utilized until the end of the term. Cancellation essentially stops the Auto Renewal.
If you have multiple cams on multiple subscriptions that all renew on different dates, a strategy to use is to cancel the nearest date subscription and then add that cam to the furthest date subscription. Don’t buy a new subscription, just add the Cam expiring to the existing furthest subscription. That way, the cams on the furthest expiring subscription will both expire on the same day and you will only be charged on that cam for the pro-rated amount to the expiration date. By the time the last one expires, all your cams will be in that last subscription, you can cancel it and move to the Unlimited.
The current Unlimited Monthly deal will save you just over $3 for the year vs the $99 annual plan.
