No Audio in the SD Card

Hi everyone,

I have been using the long recording time for my Wyze 2 cam, but for some reason when I take out the memory card and put it in my computer to see the recorded videos, the videos play without any sound, but when I play the same videos from “Playback” from my phone, there is audio. How can I fix that?

The codec used for the audio is not commonly supported by PC’s. VLC has the right codec to enable sound playback on Windows 10 and MacOS. I am not sure what other players support it.
