New Subscription with existing devices

Call me crazy, but does something appear off about the different and varying prices in subscription. They don’t seem clear and this seems intentional. I had to start a new.account because my old phone died and I couldn’t just the 2-factor. Now I’m starting from scratch. I have all the devices for home.monitorinh, but I’m not clear as to which service I need to subscribe to. I don’t want to pay for new devices since I already have them.

Is the phone number still the same on the new phone? If so, two factor text should still work fine. I wouldn’t create a whole new account without at least contacting support to see if your account can be recovered. If it can, all your stuff will still be there on the new phone.
