My monitoring subscription is paid through August. If I accept the current offer to extend the $4.99/month fee (paid annually), does that extend my subscription until August 2023?

Since you are a current subscriber, you are locked in at your current rate (assume $4.99). When your subscription is up for renewal, it will auto renew and charge your CC at your current rate. Since you are an existing customer, you don’t need to do anything. Only customers who want to add this service before the price hike need to act now.
