New phone transfer

I just had to upgrade my phone, and even though i logged in successfully to the app, my cameras arent there. I can still access them on my old phone. But i need them on the new phone without having to start over with "add new device ".
Can anyone tell me how to do this? I have cam plus on 2 cameras and access to 3 more via sharing. TIA

I assume you are using the same Wyze account? If not, login on the new phone with the original Wyze account and password.

Have you removed app, restarted phone and then try to reinstall same app?

I have two phones and two tablets and haven’t encountered this issue when I buy a new phone. I will be curious to hear the resolution.

Hopefully when others wake up, they will have a solution for you.

Yes, we see it once in a while. First time only on a new phone. Most often simply “one day it happened”. Log out of the app on the new phone. That does not mean, just close the app. LOG OUT. Then turn off the phone, restart it. Once its up, check for an app update and make sure you are current on the app. Now, try the same login again. (If it was me, I would turn off 2FA for a while, until things settle down. With luck, you will see the cameras. This is the usual way of fixing it.
