Need help. New phone, logged in, Can't find cameras (?)

Set up new Samsung phone a couple days ago. Cannot see cams in the Wyze app after logging in. The app indicates I’m logged in. I don’t see any way to ‘refresh’ or ‘import cams’. My phone is connected to the Wifi (and mobile data too). I don’t see anything in the phone or Wyze app permissions that might be turned off which would keep keep the app from loading my cams. I’m not using CamPlus yet. I uninstalled the app and re-installed it. Same issue. Any suggestions? (thanks)

Note: The Wyze app still works on my old phone, and I can view all cams.

My only guess is that you are logged in on your new Samsung phone with a different userid/password than you used on your old phone. Check very closely.
