I want to reconfigure my wyze cam outdoor to a new phone. When I try to set it up it says that it is already set up to my old phone & I can’t change it.

Are you logged into the Wyze app with the same email and password as the account on the old phone? You shouldn’t need to setup the camera again if you’re signed in with the same Wyze account.
If you want to use the Wyze Cam Outdoor on a new account, you’ll need to delete it from your old account. This is done for security reasons.
