I have Wyze Cam Outdoor app set up on my iphone. Can I set up my wife’s phone so she can view the same Cams on her iphone? Therefore having the app on 2 different phones for the same system.
Sure. I have the app on two different phones myself. If you use the same ID & password you both ‘own’ the cameras and can do anything you need to do.

I have the App on my phone, my Samsung tablet, and an older iPad.
You can also send someone an invite so they can set up their own ID to access the network with
