How to change your network

I need to change my network I don’t know where to go to on the app

Can not change the network in the app. If you are using the Battery Powered WYZE Cam outdoor v2 you need to delete the cams and then the base from your account on the app while they are still on line and then set them up as new again on the new network. Or you could do it the easy way and just use the same SSID and Password as your previous network and the base and cams will connect just like nothing happened.
If you were using a plug in cam like a V3 you could just do a factory reset and set it up as new without removing it from the app.

No need to factory reset the V3…just press the setup button and re-add the camera in the app with the new SSID/password.
