I just hooked up my new Wyze cam
Pan I bought a couple months ago. It worked initially but after about 15 minutes it said off line. I have tried everything, resetting it, different electrical plug, different electrical cord, different power adapter. I have other Wyze cameras that are working fine. What other trouble shooting should I try to get this camera to stay on line?
Did you update the firmware to the Feb.2026 version 4.50.16.5654. You will also need the 3.10 app. I don’t have that Cam and don’’t have a desire to get one.
I’d echo what @Antonius said, if the firmware updated, you need to make sure your app is up to date too or it won’t be able to connect to live stream.
The other thing to check is there is a current known bug (fixed in beta, not in prod yet) where if you stream more than 3 or 4 cameras at once (cam group, favorites screen, etc) some will not connect. Not sure if that may be what you’re seeing.
