On 10/23/2025 I placed an order for the subject item. My order was confirmed and a delivery date of 10/28/2025 with the Promised Badge in the acknowledgement. On the day of the promised delivery My order remained in process, there was no shipper created and no email with a tracker. At first tried their chat app which just kept apologizing and stating their delivery policy was three to five business days and ran me in circles, each time I rephrased the message. After 15 minutes it told me there was no shipping documents and it could not help me.
I then called the support line to find the status and shipper. I was told that they require 3 to 5 business days to process my order and the mantra was repeated each time I questioned where the physical part was! I asked for a supervisor and I was told they only had a technical supervisor and could not address orders. The support person sent my query to the order group via email or text and I was told they only operate through email. I asked to cancel the order since they did not process the order for shipping and I was told it was too late for their policy and that I would have to wait for delivery before any action
On 10/29/2025 I received and email late in the day with the same reiteration of policy meanwhile my order was still in process on the fifth business day and no shipper or email was created. I was told it would be shipped and if I sent it back it would take up to a month to process the credit. I went to their page within the promise date and the promise badge that guarantees delivery or a cash reward could be claimed for the late/ failed delivery. I informed them that I had disputed the charge with my Credit Card supplier and if they did ship, I would inform the driver I would not accept delivery and he would be told to return it to Wyze. Seeing they are located in Kirkland Washington and I live on the east coast I would wait significantly longer than their promise delivery for my order The following day I got an email cancelling my order and a credit to my credit card account
I am greatly disappointed in Wyze in the handling of this matter, I have been a customer with monitoring since their inception, and had recently added another camera and I was planning to purchase a spotlight camera for the garage entry. Obviously, that is no longer in consideration and when my monitoring renewal arrives, I will not renew. I will place the largest micro SDXC Cards I can buy for record and be totally independent of Wyze. I order a video Doorbell from SimpliSafe it connects to my security system with the monitoring I already have in place, all at a significant discount
For the garage I already MYQ garage door opener, camera and MYQ locks for entry doors I can simply add a MYQ outdoor camera with spot light to protect that. So, in the vernacular “Smell ya later”

I feel frustrated after reading about your experience, and I’ve seen that you’re not the only person who’s had difficulty with ordering the new Battery Video Doorbell. Although you’ve decided to go in a different direction, and I don’t blame you, I’m still passing this along to have someone from Wyze look into this. Thank you for sharing.
I welcome your turning it over to Wyze. I did speak with a “wizard” this morning and he was unable to answer my question: why was my order canceled?
I got no explanation from Wyze except they said if it was out of stock, the response would have stated that. I am awaiting an email response from the orders group at Wyze.
I placed an order on October 23 which said it would be delivered on the 27th. My order is still in unfulfilled status. I spent over $200 and now wish I would’ve bought through Amazon.
I placed the SimpliSafe order at noon and I have a tracking number in hand at 2;15 pm This is the way it is supposed to work, waiting for the carrier to pick up
I haven’t tried their doorbells, but I’ve enjoyed their monitoring service for years and was glad that they finally added the ability to share app access with other users (without sharing master account credentials) earlier this year. The one camera I’ve tried is so-so. ![]()
