The stream bandwidth won’t be the limiting factor. Your computer running an Android Emulator in two separate windows, each w\ the Wyze App running and streaming each cam will be the limiting factor.
There are so many variables here, we can not give you a definitive answer until you try it.
If you are just using the monitors to stream the cameras, you will probably have better performance on your computer if you use webview.
As SlabSlayer said, running 2 apps in emulation will definitely be tough on your computer. Network bandwidth shouldn’t be an issue unless you have a very slow internet
