Motion Sensor Notifications will not turn off

I am new here and this is my first time so be gentle :smile:
I apologize if this has been asked before but; I setup the Wyze cam with sensor kit. Everything is working except notifications. I cannot turn off notifications for the motion sensor. If I turn off all push notifications it works. If I turn on push all not. and turn off notifications for motion sensor it does not stop.

Seems simple what am I missing?

Sounds like a bug, Wyze software is full of them.

You will need to check that everything is up to date, then uninstall the motion sensors in the app. Lastly, re-install the motion sensors and turn off notifications.

If this doesn’t solve it, it is time to contact customer support.

Similar issue – I have disabled the motion sensor notifications, but yet I continue to receive them
