Motion is always labeled as a vehicle

Why is motion always labeled as a vehicle? I have grayed out areas, sensors are turned down to one. I have sent numerous feedback all labeling what it truly is, tree waving or shadows or animals. If I didn’t already have so much invested I would have sent them back a long time ago. $100 a year is pretty steep for something that doesn’t work properly.

Is there a vehicle in view? Can you post an event video?

Ai tagged videos are marking videos with recognized objects in them. The recognized object with tag can be a recognized object that is either moving or stationary. What else was moving in the event?

Unfortunately as a new user I am not allowed to upload video. The cameras pick up a tree or shadows moving and always labels it as a vehicle, whether a vehicle is in the frame or not. The motion tracking will follow the moving object and label it as a vehicle.

Does this mean you’re actually using a Cam Pan v3 and not a regular Cam v3?

Regular cam 3, the Green motion square is the only thing that moves.

Vehicle detection has always been an issue with V3, don’t expect a fix…

Okay, so motion tagging, not tracking. Thank you for clearing up my confusion.

The green box is only following detected motion. The AI tagging does not see that or follow that. I see a truck in the frame, that may be what is causing the AI detection to label the event as “vehicle”. The ai tagging, tags the event with recognized objects, wither they are moving or stationary.

To me it’s obvious at this point that the AI is not learning, I have been labeling this for over a year. The truck in frame is usually not parked there at all, neighbors. Ultimately I shouldn’t have to turn the sensors down to number one because it misses people and deer walking up in the yard.
