On the camera sort page (where it says “Max 4 Cameras Per Page”) I can reorder cameras within the page where they currently show, but I cannot move them to a different page or the Available Cameras box. And I cannot move my most recent cameras out of the Available Cameras into a page.
I’ve tried clearing the cache.
Does anyone know of a trick to fix this?

I think clearing the in-app cache seems reasonable, and I have a couple of other thoughts:
- What app version are you using? I’m unable to replicate your experience using Android app v3.6.5.682 (I haven’t yet applied the most recent hotfix). Editing the pages for the Monitoring tab is behaving as I’d expect.
- What happens if you also try clearing the OS-level cache and/or data and try to pull down a fresh copy of your profile and settings from the Wyze servers?
This is how I would get a clean copy of my account profile/settings on Android (click/tap to expand):
- Clear the in-app cache: From the Wyze app’s home screen, navigate to Account ➜ App Settings ➜ Cache File Size ➜ Clear.
- Navigate back one screen to Account and tap Log Out at the bottom.
- Swipe the Wyze app out of the running Android apps.
- Long-press on the Wyze app’s launcher icon (on the phone’s home screen or wherever you tap to initially open the app) and then tap App info in the pop-up menu.
- Tap Force stop on the App info screen (may need to tap OK to confirm) and then tap Storage & cache.
- Tap Clear cache and Clear storage on the Storage screen.
- Back up one screen (back to App info) and then tap Open and proceed to log back into your Wyze account/app. (Optionally reboot the phone at this step for good measure and then launch the Wyze app after the fresh boot instead of relaunching it immediately from this screen.)
Note: I don’t know what the options would be for modifying these steps on iOS since I don’t use that platform.
Note that if you delete the app’s data you’ll need to log back into the app (so you’ll need your 2FA token or access to whatever you use to get a login code unless you’ve disabled 2FA), and you’ll probably want to re-check your cameras’ settings afterward, but for the most part this process should clear glitchy app data off the phone and refresh your account settings from Wyze’s servers.
I cannot move camera’s between pages on my iPhone, if each page is already full as shown by a red box around the page when I try to drag from one page to another, or from my “Available Camera’s” to a Page that is full.
I can drag a camera from any of the four pages to the “Available Cameras” area and see a green box appear around “Available Cameras” when I drag a camera to that area.
Are those pages full with four cameras when you try to drag into them?
Same happening on mine.
Deleting cache (within app)
Deleting cache (within android)
Deleting data (within android)
Uninstalling Reinstalling app
Does not do anything. After logging back in, It loads existing monitoring tab setup from previous install and I’m unable to change (add/move/remove) any of cameras. I can’t even move any of camera to its own page. Doesn’t matter if page has 4 cameras or 1 camera, None of them can be modified. I can’t remove cameras to the roster at bottom or bring them in.

I wonder if the phones that you and @AndyWadd are using have any bearing on the problem. This recent topic comes to mind:
Apparently the app has problems with at least some folding/foldable phones. Maybe sharing details about the hardware and Android versions you’re using can shed some light?
I was able to solve this very same problem by turning animations back on for my phone. On my Samsung A14 I had set it to reduce visual animations under visual enhancements and when I undid this … the movement and arrangement of the cameras and the monitoring tabs worked normally again.
This is the answer for Android.
I’m on a Pixel 9 with Developer Options enabled and I had turned off all animations.
Animation Duration Scale seems to be the important one. I can leave Window Animation Scale and Transition Animation Scale off, but the Duration cannot be off for the ‘Sort Cameras’ to work.
I’m disappointed. It’s not Wyze’s fault? ![]()
