MONITORING TAB NOT WORKING. IT JUST SORT OF PULSES STAYS WHITE AND BLANK. APP CLOSED AND REOPENED AND DEVICES RESTARTED CACHE CLEARED AND PROBLEM ON BOTH GALAXY S21 5G AND IPHONE 14 SO I KNOW PROBLEM ISN’T MY PHONES IT’S YOUR SOFTWARE AND MINE IS UP TO DATE AND BOTH PHONES HAVE LATEST OS. EVERYTHING ELSE SEEMS FINE LIKE CAMERAS ETC PROBLEM BEGAN THURSDAY 12/12/24.
