UPDATE:
I successfully installed a $10 off-brand drive-in deadbolt from Amazon. and completed the Wyze app setup for the Palm Lock.
These brands come and go, so the link might be dead in the near future. But the important part, regardless of brand, is that the slot on the deadbolt which receives the tailpiece must be cross-shaped (the “plus sign” in the photo below) to accept the bump on the Wyze Palm Lock tailpiece… not a flat-shaped slot.
Wyze should include a 6-way adjustable deadbolt, as Kwikset does, in their future versions.
