I have 3 V3s. Over the past 6 months they have performed worse at detecting and recording events. I just turned my sensitivity from 50 up to 100% with no apparent improvement. I do not sense on sound. Has WYZE cut down the detection?
Yes, Wyze unofficially reduced the motion detection range.
My V3 used to get motion sensing at a really good distance and was perfect for me as I can’t get the camera closer than it is so it has power. But now thanks to Wyze, it doesn’t detect things anymore in the area I want it to. Wyze could have just let us adjust the sensitivity instead of reducing the camera’s usefulness and then not telling us, and this sucks!
