I put 128 G mini chips in my 4 wyze cams. I can’t figure out how to read/see them. I have the adapter for the usb on the computer. any suggestions.
In the Wyze app open a camera and click View Playback to see what the card has recorded. Mine never work though.
If you really need to remove them to review the contents and your PC has no slot, you’ll need a very cheap SD card reader, under $10.
Hi @llamamom Welcome to the Community forum!
The uSD (Micro Secure Digital) card needs to be formatted in FAT32 for the camera to read it. You need to keep a 8~32 GB card around for firmware updates, too.
-
Reformat the uSD card on your workstation using FAT32 and un-check the default “Quick format” option which will force a complete overwrite of the card and fix or lock out bad cells.
-
If you run into problems, Recomend using This Standard Program to format.
-
Recomend Using High Endurance cards in your device.

I have several card readers which I got with the 128 gb chips, 4, from China. As far as trying to playback in camera, mine never work also. Confusing. Thanks anyway.
