The alarm needs to be a lot louder, this probably could be done by a firmware update.
Is there a way to make the Sense HUB sec alarm LOUDER than the setting allows. We can barely hear it and want it to be LOUD.
What firmware version are you on? In September of last year a firmware update significantly reduced the volume of the hub. It was reported and took until the April update this year to fix it, but nowhere near the original volume.
If you firmware is older than (.249), and your hub is working, I would recommend not updating yet. Read thru the forums about Hub update firmware first. Many have bricked hubs because of updates.

Allowing the keypads to be alarm stations would be helpful as well.
Have two volume settings as well.
Alarm: have multiple settings with one being as loud as possible
Non-alarm: same options
