Lost Cam Plus

All my cameras were included in Cam Plus, but when I had to factory reset a V3 and re-add it to the app I am now being asked to pay for Cam Plus for this camera. How do I get it re-included in Cam Plus. I originally paid for all cameras. Thanks,

Here is what I have done in the past:

  • Start the app
  • Tap on the Account Menu
  • Tap on Cam Plus square top Right
  • Scroll down to “Free License - Select Device” and select it
  • In the window that appears, select the camera to add (a Check Mark should appear next to it)
  • Tap on the screen above the window (SHould be a grey area) to close the popup.

That should be all you need to do.
