Do you have a timeframe for this fix? My 2 plugs are doing the exact same thing - day of the week is absolutely incorrect. I know your products are cheaper than the competition, but I have a doorbell cam, 2 wyze cams and 2 wyze plugsā¦ and NONE of them are reliable or work as advertised.
Itās very annoying that Wyze spams me several times a week trying to sell new products, when they clearly donāt test the products I have already purchased.
My outdoor plug now seems to have the opposite problem: I have a M-F schedule to turn on at 5:30 am, off at sunrise, S, S program to turn on at 7:00, off at sunrise, and an all week program to turn on at sunset and off at 11:59 pm,
What is happening now is that the plug is not turning on at 5:30 am Fridayāit turns on at 7, as if it thinks the day is Saturday.
Last week it did not turn on Sunday morning.

I sent you mine as well. 836925. This is SO frustrating. I bought these plugs to replace mechanical timers, and theyāre less reliable than the $10 garbage I had from Walmartā¦
I am having an issue worth one of my 3 plugs, it comes on an hour earlier than the scheduleā¦ I have deleted the schedule and the device numerous times, and it still happensā¦ It is up to date as wellā¦
