The live feed has not been uploading for about 3 weeks on my wife’s phone which is an android. It does upload on my iPhone, though.
Everything is up to date, phone, app, cameras…etc

What App version is the Android running? Is there a VPN, Firewall, or Data Management Restriction app running on the Android? Is Hardware Decoder enabled? Are these dual login to the same account or cams shared to a secondary account?

VPN on both phones but let me try to disable on Android.
No data restrictions and yes to decoder.
Nothing has changed on the phone streaming used to work just fine.
Connecting to the app via same account, not shared.
I have to use a VPN App to access a secure work server. Whenever I forget and leave it on, nothing in the App works right. Sometimes I can tell right away that I forgot to disable the VPN though. All the Shortcut Rules buttons at the top of the Home Page fail to load. As soon as I disable the VPN I am in like Flynn.
Changed the VPN provider and it’s now working. Thanks, mate!
