Licenses not applying

I have 4 cameras with cam plus subscriptions and suddenly they say I’m not subscribed I clearly am and can verify that with receipts but won’t let me apply my licenses to cameras after years of being loyal subscriber ps big surprise one of my my camv3 saying no spotlight installed when it’s not only installed but on…and as usual the lack of Wyze support which I hate even calling that since there’s no such actual thing as Wyze support is beyond frustrating

What does your account show in the services section of the app. Maybe you need to clear the cache on the app or delete and reinstall the app. Are you using the 2.39.0 (20) iOS app?
