Latest Firmware

I have 4 v2 cams. Screen shot only shows 3. 1 cam has the latest firmware and the rest say up to date however obviously they aren’t…I only have the custom detection zone on the .239 cam. My iOS app is latest update as well. 2.17.42. Any idea how I can get the latest firmware? Thx

Can’t you open the cam to live view, click on the gear top right to settings, go to device info>firmware>click on that and update? I don’t have a V2 so I am not sure. Latest firmware:

Sorry I forgot to upload the screenshot. It shows all cams full updated with different update versions. The actual latest version isn’t even available on 3 of them.
