Looks like the new app hotfix got rid of this useful “bug”.
Looks like Wyze may be busted on the 2.5k and HD resolutions being the same though…
Given the erroneous latency readings I wouldn’t trust anything on that page. Easy enough to confirm, you grab the files off the SD card and look at the resolution. I’ve done it with a 2.5K and confirmed the resolution is correct, never bothered with HD, didn’t have a reason to.
We do know that they use more compression on the 2.5k than on HD to make them about the same size
Ok, so how do we get this turned on for all or any Wyze cams for iOS & iPADOS?

THIS would REALLY HELP a lot in troubleshooting my cams. I am on a mesh network and sometimes the ams act up …
This would help to clarify if a Wye or network issue.
