For the past couple of days the notifications are either extremely late (up to a minute or more) or non existent. Any known AWS issues?
My Notifications have been very quick. Wyze did have server latency issues a few days ago. You might want to keep an eye on this link.
That is the first thing I checked before posting. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same before I go head first in troubleshooting mode
What App version are you on? I am on 2.38.2 (1) on IOS because of the issues reported on the later App versions.
Same here. The new version of the app SUCKS. What is weird, I don’t get notifications nor cloud recordings on only one camera that is the closest to the router. Live view and SD card recordings are fine, it’s just cloud recordings and notifications. It’s like I am invisible to the camera unless I get within a foot from it. I bumped up the sensitivity and still nothing. Totally weird.
As of 3:30 PM EST notifications and recordings to the cloud have resumed. It might have been a glitch with Wyze servers. Hopefully the issue won’t come back.
