I have read the many posts from people who say their lamp sockets will not turn the lights off.
My problem is that my lamp sockets work erratically.
I have two of these sockets - one on each side of my garage door. I have them set to turn lights on (at dark) when motion is detected and to stay on for 3 minutes. Sometimes that happens but most of the time it does not. I would say that the sockets work as set up about 1/3 of the time. 2/3 of the time they just stay off. I have gone out at night and walked all around my driveway but the darn things never turn on. Video is captured, though.
Both sockets have the most current firmware. I am using Cam v3 in these sockets. And, yes, the bulbs in them are LED bulbs with voltage less than the max.
Anyone else with this problem? Is it a bug or what? Is there a correction or work around?
