My lamp socket adapter just stopped working after a firmware update. App can’t find it and factory reset doesn’t help. Customer service seems uninterested in fixing the problem. Anyone had a similar problem and found a way to recover from it? Really great that Wyze can just decide to break the product they sold you over the internet whenever they like
