I am having issues working with the keypad to arm and disarm the HMS,
but the app is working well. The keypad either has a long delay, doesn’t register the command the first time, gives erroneous feedback like saying armed when the hub says disarmed or keeps speaking after I am done with it. Very rarely does it work on the first try. It is getting me a bit nervous to depend on this system in an emergency. They are located about 10 feet apart with line of sight.
Solved! I figured out how to set it reliably. First push mode wait for the keypad to light up then enter pin then check mark.
